When to schedule it
Exterior work goes better ahead of the weather than after it. Evaporative coolers before the first hot week and again before the first freeze, drainage and rooflines before monsoon season, wood sealing while temperatures are moderate. We can put the seasonal items on a schedule so they aren't remembered late.
