The right method for each surface
Pressure is a tool, not a setting. Concrete and stone take high pressure. Stucco, siding, and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash that lifts grime without driving water into the wall or stripping the finish. Worth asking any company which method they plan to use.

Common questions
- Will pressure washing damage my stucco or paint?
- Not the way we do it. Stucco and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash; concrete and stone get the high-pressure treatment.
- How often should exterior windows be cleaned here?
- Most El Paso homes look noticeably better with 2–3 cleanings a year — after dust season is the big one.
- Do you need access to water and power?
- We use an outdoor spigot and an exterior outlet unless we've arranged otherwise. Let us know ahead of time if either isn't available.
- Will it damage plants or landscaping?
- We pre-wet and rinse plantings and match the method and detergent to each surface. Point out anything delicate before we start and we'll work around it.
