Prep: wash/brighten, neutralize, and let wood dry to target moisture before coating
Repairs & masking: set fasteners, sand rough spots; mask concrete, stucco, metal, and plants
Color samples: brush test swatches on your wood; approve in natural light
Apply: spray/brush/roll as appropriate, then back-brush for penetration and even tone
Closeout: light rinse for plants/hardscape, hardware wiped, gates rehung, site swept
